Damien commenced selling properties back in 1987, and now with 20 years of sale experience, he firmly believes that Bendigo has much to offer. In that time there has been remarkable changes for the better in the district as Bendigo has evolved into a dynamic regional centre.

We sold our house through Bendigo Real Estate after getting appraisals from several other high profile Bendigo agencies. I found that the difference with Damien was that he was always prepared to listen to what we as the vendors felt about our property and how it could be marketed, rather than making assumptions based on a stereotyped and narrow view of selling a house in Bendigo that we heard from other agents. We also like the systematic way he approached getting the house valued, and explaining his marketing philosophy and methods.
