Bendigo Real Estate has achieved the remarkable feat by achieving the top office status over a period of 13 months ending July 31st, 2009. As part of the Pilling Systems group which is comprised of top offices in exclusive areas of operation, Bendigo Real Estate is number 1.
This award is made even more remarkable because the average fee in Bendigo is the lowest within the group because of lower Bendigo house prices in comparison to capital cities like Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney etc. As a result the total number of transactions needs to be approximately double what a capital city real estate agent would have to achieve.
Furthermore Damien O’Shannessy, one of the partners in the business achieved the highest number of individual transactions of any other individual of the hundreds in the Pilling Systems group. In fact his sales transactions were double that of number two. This is a fine example of top performance coupled with integrity.
